More and more smartphones on the market are getting fast charging support. Few will argue that it is very convenient. A number of companies are developing their technology and have made tangible progress in this. So, one of the best and fastest on the market is Oppo’s SuperVOOC. There will be support for fast charging in the new flagship of Oppo Reno, but it will receive a new development – VOOC 3.0.
On the emergence of this technology in the smartphone said the vice-president of the company Oppo on his page on the network Weibo. First of all, he explained that they had abandoned the implementation of SuperVOOC technology in the new smartphone due to the fact that it places special demands on the dimensions of the components of the mobile phone and the size of the battery. It seems that Oppo Reno does not correspond to these parameters, because a sufficiently capacious battery was installed inside the thin case and the components are very tightly arranged, and the use of SuperVOOC technology can lead to adverse consequences. Therefore, preference is given to VOOC 3.0, which allows you to reduce the charging time by 23.8% compared to VOOC 2.0 technology. The development itself is based on low voltage pulse algorithms and a battery specially designed and adapted to them. Energy replenishment time from 0 to 75% – 30 minutes.
